Every service with a fixed price — and next to it, what is included and what is not. As a small business under § 19 UStG I do not charge VAT: the amounts below are final prices.
Forms & applications
The most common reason an application comes back is rarely a mistake about the matter itself — it is an empty field, a missing annex or the wrong box ticked. I go through the form with you, fill it in, check the annexes and send it off within the deadline.

Every service has a fixed price, listed openly above — from €15 for an additional form to €200 for a parental allowance application. Before I start, I confirm the price to you once more.

Yes. Everything is explained in English, German or Romanian — whichever is easier for you. Letters and applications are of course written in German, because that is the language the authorities work in.

No. This is an office service: filling in, drafting, sorting and accompanying. Legal assessments and tax returns are reserved for lawyers and tax advisers. If your case belongs there, I will tell you rather than charge you for hours that lead nowhere.

No. There is no walk-in office — everything runs online. You send documents by e-mail or WhatsApp and we talk by phone or video call. For appointments in person, I come along in the Ingolstadt area and its surroundings.

As soon as the documents are complete, I give you a binding date. If a deadline is already running, tell me right at the start and I will move it up. An express service is available for an extra charge.
